The command "Purge invalid graphs" can be used to remove any graphs that refer to missing Analysis Objects. This situation can occur when a graph within an 'ana' file refers to Analysis Objects in an 'lgm' file which have subsequently been removed. A QA message while loading an 'ana' file will warn if such graphs are present. If so, type the command to remove the graphs.
